The results of the ninth round of the President’s Research Fund were announced recently. Three Biochemistry faculty were among the recipients of these awards.

The President’s Research Fund is in its fifth year of funding projects that have a strong potential for obtaining external funding for SLU investigators. The funds are used to collect preliminary data for a new or related project, and also support cross-disciplinary projects to maximize collaborations across departments and schools at SLU. Applications are accepted twice a year, in May and October. For more information, see the Research Planning Committee website.
