The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer offers automated electrophoresis to report sample quality, sizing, and quantification data for DNA, RNA and proteins. It is ideal for high resolution analysis of DNA or RNA prior to starting downstream library preparation and for assessing DNA libraries prior to sequencing.
Qubit® 3.0 Fluorometer:
The Qubit® 3.0 Fluorometer is a benchtop fluorometer that can be used for the quantitation of DNA, RNA, and protein using fluorescence-based Qubit® quantitation assays. It can also be used to directly measure the fluorescence of samples. The Qubit®offers more sensitivity than UV absorbance-based quantitation because the fluorescent dye only emits signal when bound by the molecule of interest and will not detect free nucleotides.
C1000 Touch™ Thermal Cycler with 96-Deep Well Reaction Module:
The C1000 Touch™ Thermal Cycler is equipped with a 96-deep well reaction module that can efficiently heat samples with reaction sizes up to 125 μl. This PCR machine offers programmable lid temperature settings and a programmable thermal temperature gradient.
