BMB members were honored at the Scholarly Works and Grant Winners Reception sponsored by the OVPR. Winners were recognized for accomplishments made in 2024. This ceremony takes place annually and recognizes research success and excellence in publications and other scholarly works.
- Reza Dastvan, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Biochemistry, will receive the Infrastructure Grantwinner Award. The award recognizes Reza’s impressive success in securing a state-of-the-art EPR instrument via an S10 grant from the NIH.
- Nicola Pozzi, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Biochemistry, will receive the Innovation Grantwinner Award. The award recognizes Nicola’s recent election to the National Academy of Inventors.
