Ray Kreienkamp Presentation Awarded

Congratulations to Ray Kreienkamp, who received the Cleveland Clinic Award at the Midwest Society for Pediatric Research meeting in Kansas City, MO. Ray’s talk was entitled “Vitamin D reduces progerin expression and rescues genomic instability and premature senescence in Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome.”

Ray previously received the award for Best Student Presentation at the 9th Annual Pediatric Science Days Research Symposium, held in April, and received a travel award to present his talk at the MWSPR. Ray is currently an M.D./Ph.D. student in the lab of Dr. Susana Gonzalo.
