We are pleased to announce that Gucan (Gabriel) Dai, Ph.D., has joined the department as an Assistant Professor.
Gabriel was an Acting Instructor in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at the University of Washington-Seattle. Gabriel’s current research focuses on voltage-gated ion channels. His future independent research program will expand on these studies to focus on the mechanisms of cardiac pacemaking as well as the cellular basis of neuropathic pain.
