Identify if an amino acid sequence or a part of it, could be a serine protease domain and what could be its family and clan. The closest sequence from the data bank of sequences and of structures will be given. The sequence has to be writen or pasted in FASTA format: numbers, spaces, punctuation and carriage return are ignored, case insensitive.
